Hello Swim Families!

Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to the Kick-Off meeting on Sunday!   For those who weren’t able to make it, here’s a recap of what was covered: 

**Coach Tony and Assistant Coach Ashley are back and ready for an outstanding season!! *Registration is now open! Registration can be completed via the Masons Bend Eagles website (mbeagles.swimtopia.com)- expand the options in the upper left hand corner, selecting the registration option

**First practice will be Monday, May 6th. Throughout the month of May, practices will occur after school, Mon-Fri: 

Ages 7 & Under: 3:45- 4:20 

Ages 8-11: 4:30- 5:10 

Ages 12 & up: 5:20-6:00 

**Practices will move to mornings in June, with 2 sessions available (swimmers only need to attend 1): 7-8am 8:15-9:15am.  9.30am - Stroke and Turn (optional, and as scheduled by Coach).

**Meets are Mondays and Thursdays through June. There are 6 total meets, 2 of which are home meets. The first meet will be Thursday, June 6th at Lake Wylie.

**WE WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS!!!!! These meets are not possible without parent volunteers for both home and away meets. We are asking each family to commit to volunteering for a minimum of 2 meets this season, but really, we will need more than that.  Sign-ups will be available closer to season start.

**We will need stroke and turn judges. This will require additional training. More information to follow once we have confirmation when trainings will be scheduled.

**All formal communication, volunteer sign-ups and meet declarations will be performed via the SwimTopia app. Make sure you have this app prior to the season. Information will conintues to be shared here on the FB page as well.
