Dear Members,

This is notify you of the Masons Bend Eagles Annual General Meeting. It will be held on August 30, 2023 at 6pm at the Masons Bend Amenities Center. 

The current board is 100% committed to ensure the Masons Bend Eagles continues into next season, and has been working hard with the coaching staff and members to ensure this is the case. This will only be possible with a show of support at the AGM.

Please send any nominations for the Officer roles, along with supporting paragraph(s) on why you want the role or you think others would be a good fit, to [email protected] by August 18th (although earlier is better!). 

We will then send out a list of candidates and supporting paragraphs for each role, along with voting details to the membership on August 20th to give everyone plenty of time.
