Dear Masons Bend Eagles,

For 2023, we are being asked to enter into a Contract with the Masons Bend Property Owners Association (POA), formalizing the use of the Pool, and setting out obligations of both parties.

There are three things of Note:

1. The POA is requiring a Waiver and Release by Swimmers releasing POA from all liability from using the Masons Bend Amenities facilities before Swimmers are allowed to participate in MB Eagles Swimming activities. This must be signed before the season starts to complete your registration for this year. The form is on the Registration Section of the Masons Bend Eagles website, and available here: POA Waiver & Release 2023.

 
2. The POA is requiring a Roster of all swimmers, including children's names and ages. The Waiver and Release also gives MB Eagles permission to share this data with the POA. 

3. The POA is requiring Life Guards at the Swim Meets. This is not required by the Metrolina League. The POA will cover the cost of Lifeguards (up to $500) for one of the meets. For 2023, the club will conduct additional fundraising activities for the rest of the cost.
